Warrenton

Warrenton is a beautiful town located in Fauquier County. It has historic Vint Hill Farms, beautiful vineyards, and horse country.  Each season it is decorated with festive street lights and celebrations in the streets. Warrenton also offers rolling hills on the outskirts of town that is home to open land, farms and horses.  It gives a small town feel while still close to Washington, DC!  If all of that did not sound perfect enough, the commute is an easy drive. It is located: 

• In the junction between route 15, 17, 29, and 211
• Just outside of Interstate 66
• Short drive from Interstate 495

This small town has a population of just 10,000 but maintains a median income of $73,000, likely due to the proximity to DC.  Like the rest of Northern Virginia, it has four beautiful season in the form of spring, summer, fall and winter.  The change of season brings flowers, change of leaves, and then snow.
