About Sam
Sam graduated in 2017 as a Civil Engineer from Virginia Military Institute. Post graduation, she went off and spent time working as a Junior Design Engineer for Bohler Engineering. After Bohler Engineering, she started work as a Project Engineer for CBG Building Company. The time spent working for CBG offered her experience in the commercial construction industry. Because of her time spent at CBG she is able to give a construction outlook in the home buying or selling process.
Here and now
Sam recently made the change to be a full time Blackhawk Homes, LLC employee. She is dedicated to helping buyers find their dream home and sellers sell their home for top dollar. Helping people reach their real estate goals is something that Sam is passionate about. Now that she is full time, her responsibilities consist of managing:
- Tenants
- Construction for rentals
- New construction
- Rentals
- Social media
In her free time she enjoys working on several aspects of her professional and personal life including:
- Real Estate License
- Training her two beautiful shepherds in her free time
- Coaching her travel soccer team
Sam and Melissa can often be found together meeting with clients.
